The beauty of nature comes to life in subtle nuances and soft textures, creating a calming and refined atmosphere. Each brushstroke brings out a unique character, allowing your walls to tell their own stories.
Application
Calcare lime paint is a wall and ceiling paint that can only be used indoors.
Preparation
Make sure you prepare well before you start painting. Make sure the surface to be painted is clean, dry, dust and grease free. Thoroughly clean previously painted dirty walls with clean water and Universol. Where necessary, fill unevenness in the walls and seal the seams with acrylic sealant. Do this before priming the walls and/or ceilings. Tip: Acrylic sealant (Sudal acryrub CF2)
Apply
Calcare is an ecological and natural product, so it is very important to always use a primer first. The primer ensures good adhesion and that dirty stains, filler spots, sealant etc. cannot get through the lime paint.
Apply one coat Primer Di Muro on, this primer provides the best base for the Calcare. Allow the primer to dry thoroughly for at least 4 hours and then always apply 2 layers of Calcare lime paint on. Allow layer 1 to dry for at least 5 hours before applying layer 2 of Calcare.

Finishing
Calcare lime paint is porous and not washable and can therefore absorb water and dirt. Direct water and/or condensation can leave water marks. Calcare can be protected with a matt varnish. Please note: Applying layers that are too thick, or applying them irregularly, can (especially on dark colours) lead to a white haze. You must allow a drying time of at least 7 days for the Calcare before you apply it. Matt Vernice can be applied.
