Can I pick up my order?
Certainly! You can pick up your order. During checkout you can choose the "Pickup" option as the shipping method, where you will not be charged shipping costs. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. We then ask you to contact us to collect your order.
How can I redeem a gift voucher?
At checkout, during checkout, you will be asked to select a payment method. Here you can choose "Gift Voucher" and enter the code stated on your gift voucher. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us. Have fun shopping!
How can I track the status of my order?
You can track the status of your order via the track and trace that you receive when your package is registered with the carrier. Depending on your place of residence and the size of the package, it can be shipped with DHL, PostNL or DPD. If you have not received track and trace after 1 day, please contact us. Do you have a physical store?
We have a showroom at home. In addition, we organize Open House Atmosphere Days four times a year, during which we transform our house into an attractive rural cottage. During these weekends you can gain plenty of inspiration and admire our products in real life. If you would like to come by, this is always possible by appointment.
